Asifa Bano Rape and Killing - Full Story of Kathua Rape Case - In Jammu Kashmir
Kathua rape case refers to the kidnaping, rape, and murder of an 8 year old girl, Asifa Bano in Rasana village near Kathua in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir in Januray 2018.
The Full Story of Asifa bano's Murder-
Asifa belonged to the nomad Bakarwal community.Asifa's father name is Muhammad Akhtar and mother name is Rafeeza Bano.Like every day, Asifa, loved to take horses for grazing to the forest near her home in Rasana, in Kathua district, in Jammu and Kashmir on 10 January 2018, but when the horses returned at 4PM, she was no longer with them. After searching her and being unable, her father registered a First FIR with the police On 17 January 2018, the dead body of the victim was found into the forest near her home, Rasana.The postmortem was conducted by a team of doctors at the District Hospital in Kathua on the same day.After that the he case was transferred to Crime Branch in
Jammu and Kashmir.
In this case A total of eight people, including four police officers have been arrested. Sanji Ram, one of the accused, mastermind of kidnap and murder.The charge sheet against the seven adults accused of the crime was filed on 9 April. The accused were charged under Sections 302, 376, 201 and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code.
After Forensic examination found that the girl had been drugged with a sedative before she was raped and murdered. Forensic evidence suggested that she had been held for several days in a temple that was in the care of Sanji Ram. The forensic examination stated that Asifa had been raped multiple times by different men, and that she had been strangled to death, as well as hit in the head with a heavy stone.
